| Processing credits |

- A credit can only be issued to the same American Express Card that was used for the
original purchase.
- Please ensure that you record the following:
- The Cardmember’s Card number.
- Credit issue date.
- Credit amount.
- Your Service Establishment's name and address.
- Your Service Establishment number.
- Process the transaction using your electronic POS terminal as a REFUND transaction.
For more details, please contact your electronic POS terminal provider.
- Ensure the Cardmember signs the transaction receipt.
